Mindy Berman
Mindy is a Managing Director and one of the original co-founders of IGS. Mindy’s core responsibilities focus on the management of client relationships and market studies. Mindy has led market due diligence engagements and strategy reviews for investor clients in industries as diverse as healthcare services, medical devices, telecommunications, industrial machinery, financial services, publishing, and consumer products.

Prior to the formation of Investor Group Services, Mindy was a principal at The Parthenon Group, a strategy consulting firm, based in Boston.

She holds an M.B.A, with Distinction, from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in History, summa cum laude, from Amherst College.

Rob Lordi
Rob is a Managing Director and one of the original managing partners of IGS. Rob’s client responsibilities include managing many of IGS’ private equity and corporate client relationships. Rob has led market due diligence engagements and strategy reviews for investor clients, spanning a variety of industries including building products, financial services, professional and consumer products, healthcare and business services.

Prior to joining IGS, Rob spent over a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he served as the engagement leader for many of the firm’s global financial clients.

Rob holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College. Rob is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). 

Ashley Shih
Ashley is a Managing Director. Ashley’s client responsibilities focus on the development and management of private equity and corporate client relationships. He has worked on behalf of clients in industries as diverse as consumer products, distribution, financial services, business services, healthcare, plastics, retail, energy, and software.

Prior to joining IGS, Ashley was Director of Corporate Development at Harbour Group, a leveraged buyout firm, where he focused on originating and evaluating investment opportunities. Before joining Harbour Group, Ashley was a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group where he was a case team leader for strategy review, merger and acquisition, and growth strategy projects with clients across a broad range of industries. Prior to business school, Ashley worked as a process design engineer with Amoco Oil Company.

Ashley holds an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago and a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Pat Donahue
Pat Donahue is a Vice President at IGS, and his core responsibilities include managing client engagements and market studies.

Pat’s client responsibilities include serving as project leader for over 100 market due diligence projects and numerous strategy reviews for portfolio companies in industries such as building and industrial products, business services and specialty retail. Prior to joining IGS, Pat spent a year at SunGard Securities Processing as a project manager, and 5 years in the US Navy as a nuclear power officer.

Pat holds an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a B.S. in Ocean Engineering, from the U.S. Naval Academy.  .  

Jennifer O'Hara
Jenn O’Hara is a Vice President at IGS. Her primary responsibilities include leading case teams for client projects including strategy reviews for client portfolio companies and market due diligence for public and private acquisitions.

Jenn joined IGS as a consultant in 2004 and since then she has worked on over 50 client engagements. Jenn’s case experience ranges across several industries including consumer products, specialty retail, building and industrial products, and healthcare. Prior to joining IGS, Jenn worked as a Senior Associate in Institutional Asset Management at Bernstein Investment Research and Management in New York.

Jenn holds an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.A. in Art History and Economics from Bowdoin College.  

Ken Beausang
Ken Beausang is a Vice President at IGS, and his key responsibilities include managing client engagements and market studies.

Since joining IGS in 2005, Ken has worked on a variety of market diligence and strategy cases in industries such as healthcare, enterprise software and information technology, financial services, transportation / logistics, and construction.

Previously, Ken spent almost 10 years in the enterprise software industry in business development and marketing positions. Most recently, he worked for Cape Clear Software as the company's Business Development Manager for the Eastern U.S. Before that, he worked as a Strategic Account Manager for IONA Technologies.

Ken holds an M.B.A. from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity College in Ireland.   

Drew D'Amaro
Drew D'Amaro is a Vice President at IGS. His primary responsibilities are managing client projects including corporate strategy reviews and market due diligence cases. Drew's experience ranges across multiple industries including technology, industrial products, water infrastructure, business services and healthcare.

Prior to joining IGS in 2006, Drew worked at Wheelock Partners, a search fund focused on investments in the New England area. Previous to that, he spent 10 years in the networking and telecommunications industry at both early stage and Fortune 500 companies, including helping position a telecom startup for acquisition by Lucent Technologies as well as establishing his own software firm.

Drew holds a B.S. from Johns Hopkins University in Biomedical Engineering & Electrical Engineering.

Brian Fleming
Brian Fleming is a Vice President at IGS. His work on behalf of private equity and corporate clients ranges across a wide variety of industries, including business services, healthcare, alternative energy, financial services, and industrial products.

Prior to joining IGS, Brian worked as an Associate for Boston Ventures, a private equity firm that invests in middle-market companies in the media, business services, and communications sectors. Before Boston Ventures, Brian worked as an Analyst in the General Industry Investment Banking group at Bear Stearns.

Brian holds an M.B.A from The Tuck School of Business and A.B. from Dartmouth College.

Jane Lannon
Jane Lannon is a Vice President at IGS and responsible for internal operations and human resources at IGS including strategic planning, recruiting, training, professional development, and overseeing the in house call center.

Prior to starting at IGS in 2003, Jane worked as a Principal at The Parthenon Group, a strategic advisory firm. Before Tuck, Jane worked as a healthcare consultant for The Healthcare Management Council, based in Lyme, NH.

Jane holds an M.B.A with distinction from The Tuck School of Business and a B.A. in psychology, cum laude, from Dartmouth College.
