Culture

IGS fosters a collegial, team-based working and learning environment, and offers a non-hierarchical management structure. Our open office environment fosters a collaborative environment where colleagues can freely exchange ideas. Vice presidents lead case teams, while consultants manage the day-to-day operations of the case. Associates work with consultants to synthesize and analyze primary and secondary research, and create client-ready presentations.

From delivering training sessions to assisting with recruiting, everyone participates in and contributes to the overall growth and development of the firm. We also like our employees to take an active role in shaping their experience at IGS and encourage our people take initiative in organizing firm-wide events.

We believe that work should be fun. Laughter, respect, and compassion are cornerstones of our interactions with each other. Work weeks are supplemented by activities such as happy hours, case team dinners, Red Sox games and family barbeques.
