IGS is looking for talented individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in consulting. We welcome candidates to apply through both our campus and experienced recruiting programs.

Associates at IGS have earned an undergraduate degree and have zero to three years of full time work experience. Associates are critical members of case teams, providing analytic support to consultants and vice presidents. While some associates may opt to attend business school following their years of service, IGS does offer advancement opportunities to those individuals who decide not to pursue an MBA.

Consultants join IGS following three to five years of strategy consulting and extensive research or analytical experience. The majority of our consultants hold MBA degrees. Consultants manage multiple case teams and must have considerable project management experience.

Vice presidents typically have eight to ten years experience in strategy consulting and/or private equity and hold an MBA degree. Vice presidents are responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing multiple project teams. In addition, vice presidents are members of the management team and have internal responsibility to manage an aspect of the firm.
