Mindy Berman brings 25 years of strategic management experience to her role as managing director of IGS, which she founded in 1998. Her leadership on strategy reviews, industry assessments, and due diligence studies enables clients to gain a comprehensive view of the marketplace and the foresight to make critical business decisions, particularly around acquisitions and investments. She has extensive experience helping clients develop smart strategic plans – enabling them to enhance growth and profitability.
Formerly a principal at The Parthenon Group, Mindy has a deep resume that includes clients in industries ranging from finance, publishing, and healthcare, to industrial machinery, telecommunications, and consumer products.
Mindy holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude with a BA in history from Amherst College.
Senior Managing Director
Rob Lordi is one of the original managing partners of IGS. In addition to overseeing many of the firm’s day-to-day operations, Rob’s responsibilities include managing a number of IGS’ core private equity and corporate client relationships. Rob has personally led over a thousand of market due diligence engagements and market strategy reviews for investor clients and corporate senior management, spanning a variety of industries including industrial and building products, consumer products and services, healthcare, and business and financial services.
Prior to joining IGS in 2000, Rob spent over a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he served as the engagement leader for many of the firm’s global financial clients.
Rob holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from Boston College. Rob is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Senior Managing Director
Since joining IGS in 2002, Pat Donahue has led due diligence work in diverse industries including industrial products, distribution, cloud services, and enthusiast markets such as outdoor recreation and automotive aftermarket. He also works with corporate clients to help them develop market entry strategies, create growth initiatives, and validate strategic direction changes.
Pat previously spent a year at SunGard Securities Processing leading the development of new securities trading systems, and five years in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear power plant supervisor.
Pat holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BS in ocean engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.
Drew D’Amaro has more than 15 years of strategic consulting, investing, and operational experience. He has been at IGS since 2006, actively focuses on business development, and manages M&A due diligence projects and strategic growth initiatives across a wide range of industries.
Drew’s prior experience includes work as an associate at Wheelock Partners and a decade in the networking and telecommunications industry that includes helping to develop several startups.
Drew graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a BS in biomedical engineering and electrical engineering.
Brian Fleming focuses on the development of new client relationships and the management of due diligence and strategy engagements for private equity and corporate clients. He has extensive experience helping clients evaluate acquisitions, assess adjacent market opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
Brian previously worked as a private equity associate for Boston Ventures and as an investment banking analyst for Bear Stearns.
Brian earned his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and graduated cum laude with an AB in economics from Dartmouth College.
Liz has over 10 years of market diligence and strategy consulting experience in industries as diverse as consumer products, healthcare services, telecommunications, industrial machinery, and financial services.
Prior to joining Investor Group Services, Liz was a Consultant at a strategy consulting firm in Boston, where she managed engagements for clients such as Coca-Cola, Harley Davidson, and The Hartford. Liz was also a Senior Analyst for a market intelligence firm focused on analyzing and improving customer relationships. Her career includes an international stint in Germany, where she worked as Product Manager for a leading glass manufacturer.
She holds an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a B.A. in German from Holy Cross College.
Zach Casavant has more than 15 years of transaction advisory and strategic consulting experience. Since joining the IGS team in 2005, Zach has led hundreds of M&A diligence and market strategy engagements across a diverse set of industries including technology and software, business services, industrial manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, and consumer products, among others. Zach is also actively involved in the development of new client relationships.
Zach’s prior experience includes positions in middle market investment banking as well as in the strategy and analytics group of a global marketing and advertising agency.
Zach holds an MBA from Cornell University and an AB from Brown University.
Bryan has more than a decade of transaction advisory, strategic consulting and M&A experience. He is actively involved in the development of new client relationships and the management of due diligence and strategy engagements across a variety of industries.
Prior to joining IGS, Bryan worked across both M&A and Investor Relations functions for Liberty Mutual Insurance in the corporate finance group.
Bryan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated cum laude with a BS in finance from Georgetown University.
Ana is a Vice President with close to 10 years of finance and strategy consulting experience. At IGS, Ana has led due diligence and strategy engagements across multiple industries including business and financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, industrial services and equipment, and consumer products.
Prior to joining IGS, Ana worked as a Summer Associate at Innova Capital, a mid-market private equity firm investing in Central and Eastern Europe, and as a Management Consultant in the oil and gas sector. She began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley in London.
Ana holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Vassar College.
In his role as Vice President, Jordy serves as a project leader, managing due diligence and strategy projects across a variety of industries. He has widespread experience assisting clients assess M&A opportunities, evaluate market growth / expansion opportunities, conduct “voice of the customer” surveys, and develop strategic plans.
Prior to joining IGS in 2013, Jordy interned at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, where he worked on market access and new product diligence. Jordy also worked for five years at Pfizer as an engineer working on cell culture process optimization in the biotechnology division.
Jordy holds an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management, an M.S. in Biotechnology Engineering from Tufts University, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University.
Jenn O’Hara focuses on internal operations, staffing, recruiting, and professional development. Since joining IGS as a Consultant in 2004, Jenn’s industry experience has ranged from consumer products and specialty retail to healthcare and business services.
She previously worked as a senior associate in institutional asset management at Bernstein Investment Research and Management in New York City.
Jenn holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in art history and economics from Bowdoin College.

Jane Lannon focuses on internal operations and financial analysis at IGS.
She is a former principal of the strategic advisory firm The Parthenon Group and previously worked as a healthcare consultant for The Healthcare Management Council.
Jane holds an MBA with distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and graduated cum laude with an AB in psychology from Dartmouth College.
